How is the beer shipped to ensure freshness?
All our beers are stored in our cold room until the moment they are packed. We use specialized insulated packaging and reliable couriers to ensure your beer arrives as fresh as possible. We recommend refrigerating your cans immediately upon delivery.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship Australia-wide. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, with major cities typically receiving orders within 2-4 business days.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We do not have a strict minimum order, but our shipping rates are optimized for 4-packs, 16-packs, and full cartons of 24. Look out for free shipping milestones on larger orders.
What happens if my order is damaged during transit?
While we take great care in packing, accidents can happen. If your beer arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo immediately and contact our support team at [email protected] so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. In accordance with Australian liquor laws, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers cannot leave alcohol unattended at your door.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Absolutely! You can select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout to collect your order from our Newstead or Abbotsford taprooms. Orders are usually ready for collection within 2 hours during trade times.
